An Old Monk in the Academy
Here I sit with one more paper required to finish my degree in Theology. The world of technology still seems far beyond my ability to understand but at age 71 that won’t stop me from trying. Today my goal is to finish my paper on Liberation Theology, and make one small post on medium, the one you are reading right now. I wonder, will anyone read this?

I wanted to begin sharing some of my ideas with others because I have been so impressed with the variety of views and the diversity of life styles. I am a Zen Buddhist monk who feels moved to love all beings in spite of differences. It is not easier for me to do that then I suspect it is for you.
My forthcoming book is called Confessions of a Renegade Monk, and I share my world view for public consumption and to get feedback from others as I value all ideas.
Today I am simply exploring this way of expression as technology isn’t my strong point. I did want to thank everyone who has written as it has been quite helpful for me as I continue on my life path.
